Beginning 1st January our billing method will shift to a new structure of per minute of dictation received.

This update allows us to fully leverage our state-of-the-art transcription technologies, which bring you:

• Improved service performance – paving the way for future innovations and continued improvements.

What does this mean for our customers?

• The new billing method will apply to all dictations submitted on or after 1st January 2026.
